A role of a Lawyer is to search and find justice with every case, Regardless if you are on the defendants or prosecution side. It is your ROLE as a lawyer to understand the law and to look at all evidence before taking charge with a case, It is your ROLE to always be 100% professional and to maintain the laws in the city. It is your role as a lawyer to not take bribes and to go through the correct procedures to win a case. Understanding and having intelligent questions in the event of questioning a witness. To have 100% all ears listening when in session at court, To take down notes for further questioning and to always be one step ahead if possible. It is also your role to interview clients to get their side of evidence and understanding of the case prior to the court session. Document and draft legal documents, pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, contracts, and wills.
